Is all of the simulation process run in the cloud, or have the possibility to run offline? Internet connection is another problem here.

No, not all. Local solving is supported for Static Stress, Modal Frequencies, Thermal, and Thermal Stress analyses. All other simulation types must be solved in the cloud. @@adskFusion hey just wanted to take guidance on something related to fusion 360 ,so like few days ago I got myself enrolled to a course titled Introduction to 3d modelling in AutoDesk Academy but then in response to the question I asked you here ,you posted a link where I can teach myself fusion simulation but I also found a lot of other important course on that site like Getting started for beginners , mechanical assembly and more now my dilemma is what should I study first ?? Should I complete my course on AutoDesk Academy or should I start a course on the website you send me also there are great tutorial videos on your KZbin channel on modelling,cam etc. So please lemme know where should I start ??

It's really down to what you want/need to know soonest. There is no single plan that works for anybody. You sound like a self starter, so you might want to start by laying out what you see as the most important skills, and work from there.
