Wow! Floored again. A a few weeks ago I binge watched the first 8 or so videos. Then I got to working using the program. I have had to come back and watch several of them a 2nd or even 3rd time, because there is so much to absorb and remember in each video (a good thing). But every time I watch them, I recognize that I have not only watched how to master Song Creator, but I have gotten a solid lesson on multiple other areas as well. Namely, workflow, how to think about song structure arrangement from intro to outro, and musical arrangement on the dynamics for each song part and what to think about when searching for those parts. Shootie School is a hidden gem. Should have as many views as their are users of EZ Drummer

The magic continues:)) I noticed the export to wav and export to midi functions-Which is preferable when bring your drum track into your DAW?
@ShootieSchool3 жыл бұрын
There are many options which depends on your preference. What DAW are you using?
@michaelpal76413 жыл бұрын
@@ShootieSchool I am using Studio One Pro. I tried the export last night-Good to go. The .WAV file was large, the MIDI file was smaller. Trying to understand the mixdown properties and impact which file will have on a final mix down/master. Leaning towards the MIDI as it's smaller. And the killer mistake I made (should have watched the Mixer video) was to "Not" use the mixer before exporting. I tried both. Work Flow is-now Song Idea/Written Song/Shootie Videos/EZ Drummer/Sing Along/Record Guitars/Bass/Add Layers As Dreams May Come. Niftyliciously Rocking!

Your instructions are very good and detailed, but have you considered not talking over every single part of the song construction as you're doing it? It'd be good to hear the Drums a bit more as the work grows, and possibly balance the volume of voice and EZD2...drums are little too soft. Also, why not make EZD 2 fill the entire screen, instead of just the right side, so it's easier to see the plugin features. Not having a go at you, but after all, it is an instructional video for EZDrummer 2, and it would just be good to have more of EZD2...Cheers. Keep up the good work.

= Am trying to output all the instruments tracks from the Mixer of EZDRUMMER 3 to my Studio one 6. = I was assigning each single instrument of EZDRUMMER 3 to an output channel in studio one 6 ..from 1/2..3/4 …5/6..until 31/32 than then I can assign to no more channels in studio one 6 because studio one 6 has only 16 channels for outputs.. === so my Question how can I add more channels in studio one 6 that way I can assign all the instruments of my mixer of EZDRUMMER 3 ? I really like your channel. Good job ..love and peace ✌️

@ShootieSchool2 жыл бұрын
I never heard of the issue before. There's not a setting in EZD2 to addresses this. I would guess it's your drum module. What kit are you using? And are you using anything else besides a kit, cable, and ezd2?

It depends on how particular you want your beats to be. There is no Piano Roll Editor (gird editor), so it's hard to get your beats exact. But there is a huge library of files that can be manipulated and you can tap with your mouse to trigger your beats.
