What you could try (as Soviet) is to focus on the Pz IVs. (I think they are Pz IVs). Forget motion fire, do bounding first fire with them. Move up to the flank of a tank, stop fire, start and keep moving. Don't let the red MPs stop you (pun intended!)

Good discussion on this scenario. I tried this one solo and I used 4 tanks to try and cover the other 6 all attacking one edge of the board in hopes of getting side shots as the Germans tried to close in.
