Hi 2 questions; when u apply the motion to the logo, does the logo borrow the transform properties of the layer with the logo?also for this logo set up, is it necessary to use 3 instances of the warp? Or will do w just 2 also? Cheers man

Yes, the logo will take the motion from the clip. You can use 2 instances of the effect if you don't need the paint work in between
