Man you're a genius. About those errors, try deleting the relation of symmetry for the spline, instead use the symmetry relation for the endpoints of the spline and you're good to go.

Hey there, While Sweeping the surface with the guided curve at 13:00 , the swept surface is partially (a few mm offset from the endpoint of the curve) created for my feature. However, if I don't choose the guided curve, It is created till the end point(without taking into consideration the curve above).

Where did the Tanget numbers of spline line and the angle come from! Don't know anything like that!

Hard to explain in text. 😊 draw a spline and play with that values then you will understand how this two value affects to shape of a spline
