Quick heads up, this is very doable without the dagger. Just use the flamestrike and CoC spec. Will take a tad bit longer, but same results.

You should use Jump + Arcane explosion to extend the radius of this spell (works with every other spells like CoC and Frost Nova). It would have prevented them to reach you and almost kill you on the 2nd pull

That trick works both ways though. Jumping increases the radius of your spells, but also increases the range at which mobs can attack you. i'm aware it's not by exactly the same amount, but the benefit is very marginal. Ontop of that it also increases the size of the circles you run, and makes them less smooth

At 1:11. You can get there without using any feathers just go left when you come inside the instance stay left of the big tree but don’t Agro the guys in the hut drop down into the water and stay close to the wall use blink and nova if you Agro a fish and then just make sure you don’t pull the crocs on your right when you’re going up the little hill there’s a small spot where you can get up without aggroing the crocs.

Important fact, the blade only proc if you are facing the mob, also procs on nova, so make sure you face them

I actually heard about that yday but never gotten to test it myself, it's possible a reason why some runs feel off. I'll definitely start paying more attention to it moving forward and also test it myself. Ty

Dagger allows u to skip fire talents, go with arcane clearcasting and do a lot of dmg faster with AE. Regular way of pulling as frostfire is much more dependant on avoiding resists while here it doesn't matter as much as our burst isn't shatter.

how are you not getting resists whats your hit gear like

hit doesnt really matter to us in any circumstance except lvl 63 mobs and bosses, we have enough from talents and it caps at 99%. The way i get around random resists is that i try to avoid using nova and instead just do coc kiting and when more than one target resists coc thats when i try to nova (and always keep cold snap as last resort). the issue i see people run into is trying to nova first then few of them breaking which causes u to have to do nothing for the nova duration (only real option is to rank1frost bolt the resisters and wait for new coc and align them perfectly. In my way you save frost nova as a backup if more than 1 coc target resists. This is slower and without dagger its tricker to pull off but doable. again i see most people having trouble cause their nova is resisted, try doing more cocs and have lips available in case of a major screwup (better to use a 4g lip than to wipe)

Try to use a deviate delight so you can have the humain skin :)

@@tho-mas6789 you dont get the human hit box by using deviate delight. it only changes your appearance. elixir of giant growth or winterfall firewater will change your hitbox.

I wouldn't go over three pack pulls with normal pulling, rng of 5 is just too strong as I rely on shatters and ignite damage. As soon as three becomes easy peasy then u can try five. But normally 2-3 and just go through them all in under 15 mins

Mining is not as good for a mage as herbalism, hunters are the best miners here as they can fd and get pet to pull aggro while they are mining

I've done quite a lot of farms now, and what I noticed is that you didn't get any resists on CoC and FN. Is there a way you negate resists, or were you just extremely lucky? I usually don't do more that 2 groups at once, as if more than one resists, I got to use a CD to recover.

Resists happen ofc, what I usually try and do is just let them hit me while I continue to circle aroun once they get slowed down from the frost shield. In case of a hamstring I just iceblock and cancleaura it. Or ofc, it its messy I got to use cds as well

Jumping when you do your cone of cold helps to prevent missing the target in ZG. The terrain might look flat but you will still line of sight the mob a lot in zg for some reason. That’s not going to help when they resist I know but I thought I would mention it because it could be what’s happening.

If you get coc resists try letting them hit you once then blink to the opposite side always wait for cone of cold to the last second before I use my 2nd coc so ice nova is only 2 seconds away

Noggenfogger elixir has one in three chances to give 2 mins slowfall so stack up on it before going zg spelunking :)
