I love this guy! Reminds me of me! I do the “Ring- Dinger” in my chiropractic practice in Jacksonville, Florida. Having been in practice 34 years myself, i’ve found that this manual decompression adjustment is by far and above one of the most effective ways to relieve back and neck pain with or without radiculitis. Unfortunately, there are very few chiropractors that utilize this superior technique anymore. It’s always fun to see peoples’ reactions when they get a good decompression adjustment. I’m sure Dr. Johnson has a lot of patients, as I do, who come in monthly or quarterly or semiannually for this adjustment because it relieves the pressure caused by gravity and lifestyle factors that builds up over time. God bless you, Dr. Johnson, you’re doing the Lord’s work! Dr. Michael Fiore, DC.

As a Veteran with combat related Lower back & occipital injuries seeing a chiropractor has been a godsend. I’ve seen 10 different chiropractors over a 23 year period. My initial visits were 3 times a week for 4 years, then twice a month thereafter religiously. And in that time I have never seen most of the adjustments you do. I only wish that you were closer, or at least a chiropractor in NH used your techniques. I know my spine is compressed & I really wish we had a ring-dinger . Keep up the good work Dr. Johnson!!

I've watched enough of Dr. Johnson's videos to buy into the position that not everyone gets treated and adjusted the same. Yes, there's a common sequence to the adjusting so at first glance, it seems that way. But if you watch enough videos long enough and are paying attention, you begin to notice subtle variances. Angles of the adjustments, different pressure(?) on different people, sometimes using a Gonstead technique, sometimes doing the rotary breaks on the drop table and not on the decompression table. It's all in the little details.

If he does something minutely different for 10 seconds, it's because he's on autopilot and/or because he got bored with doing everything identical all of the time. The reality is it's all the same. Oh, and the use of a worthless drop table is simple laziness.

I've had issues with my back most of my life, growing too tall too fast left me with weak muscles until i got to my late twenties, and at some point i woke up in the morning and had so much pain in my mid-back, i couldn't stand up, i could sit, it felt like someone was stabbing me in the back. Went to a doctor, he gave me cortison injection to loosen the tightened up muscles. I basically had a permanent tonus in my mid-back muscles, but that didn't really help, then i visited a chiropractitioner and i was immediately impressed by how he knew what my pain felt like just from watching me walk into his office. He went on with a lot of medical talk, seemed impressed at how spastic my entire back was and me still able to actually walk into his office. Laughing at the doctor who gave me an injection. Proceeded to crick and crack my entire spine from my tailspine up to what felt like cracking my skull apart. To just standing up straight and breathing without pain. I love those bonebreaker doctors
