I install in fl. So my question is what do you charge per sq ft to clean concrete. lol. I wish every job I could charge to clean the substrate first. lol. I sweep like 10 times. Not joking. Plus on dusty ones they have just done drywall and paint without covering anything I have to scrap then wet wipe everything then lay the floor. I charge around 100-300$ for “prep” as I. List it

Good job but I think I used to do this for 35 years if you use the scrubber stead of the GRS S what we used to call him used to scrubber on cement you'll get a lot better khurshid on have enough down for sown it

This is an okay way to do it but more work but if you're going to be doing jobs like this check out the windsor saber 16. Cut time in half and better scrubbing

The tools used in this job is not made for it to handle the work load. Try getting a ride along auto scrubber or bigger/wider walk behind scrubber. Job time frame wouldve been cut in half.
