Interesting discussion. I appreciate it. Sharing... I'm on Relugolix now for 7 months. I'm 61. PSA down from 525 to 2.3. Also on Nubeqa as cancer is metastatic. In addition, I'm on Lutetium trial. 4 of 6 infusions completed. No side effects from that. Side effects of the ADT's are occasional hot flashes, some fatigue, amplified emotional reactions. No significant impact on libido, etc. I'm generally very balanced and non-depressive, so this has taken some getting used to. Exercise significantly reduces side effects. Blood work has been excellent. Very strict plant-based diet with additions of olive oil melatonin, walnuts, pili nuts, macadamians, almonds, Amla powder, tumeric, black pepper, white button mushroom powder, collagen peptides to maintain muscle.

Look up apigenin (Liposomal if possible) Quercetin phytosomes, curcumin phytosomes, there is very good science behind that form.

What if the PSMA comes back as negative but you PSA after radical prostatectomy is 11.3? Also, an Axium pet scan came back negative.

Could you do a talk on High dose Melatonin and its effects on prostate cancer. I have been taking it for 4 months now and PSA is >0.01. I have stopped all ADT treatments. I was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic prostate cancer in June of 2022. No side effects, back to work full time. I was unable to work for more than a few hours a week under ADT and zitiga. The Zitiga gave serious liver issues and had to come off of it after 3 months. Dr. Switched me to Nubeca and the same thing happened to my liver. Not sure why he put me on the Nubeca as it offers no real OS with someone with metastatic cancer. It seems like you are Gas Lighting with this talk. If you just go to PUBMED and search Melatonin and Prostate cancer you will see over 200 peer reviewed papers on the cancer killing properties of Melatonin.

How many milligrams of melatonin, and in pill or liquid form? How do you function during day, not sleepy 24/7?

Hi Mike, that's extremely interesting. I have also found papers on Melatonin. My oncologist is very pro-Melatonin. However, with PSA initially of 525 and Gleason of 7, I've been on Nubeqa and Orgovyx (Relugolix). Liver is OK. I get twice monthly bloodwork. Also on Lutetium trial to knock out cancer. It's vanishing. PSA now 2.3. I'd love to (eventually) go off ADT's after trial ends in December and once cancer is gone. My question is: How will you keep the T production low on Melatonin only? Or is the Mela keeping the T down? My side effects have been hot flashes and some fatigue, although exercise significantly reduces side effects. I'm 61. No weight gain. Only marginal impact on sexual function. How much Melatonin are you taking? Pills? Liquid? What time of day?

When you say Lutetium Trial, do you me the PSMA addition trial? I am in that too but drew the standard of care arm. But be with PSA
