Advancing treatment for patients with Richter's transformation

Toby Eyre, MBChB (Hons), DipMedEd, MRCP (UK), FRCPath (UK), MD, Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Oxford, UK, discusses the treatment of patients with Richter’s transformation (RT), a patient population in which approval of novel agents remains an unmet need. Dr Eyre also highlights some promising therapeutic options for treating RT, such as non-covalent BTK inhibitors, bispecific antibodies, and CAR T-cell therapy.
