Yes and no. No because they mostly allocate the rooms according to the faculty(course). Yes because,you pay after you've been allocated the room.You don't necessarily get the room you applied for. Hope this helps😊

Hi.Am not so sure about the exact pricing but if you book via the school portal you'll get the rates per day depending on what type of room you'd like and the period of occupation.. About the kettle most student have them but some custodians don't allow it,so be cautious.
