ADVENTURE AT THE EDGE OF THE SIMPSON DESERT

A convoy of three expedition trucks is gearing up to tackle the stunning Madigan Line in the awe-inspiring Simpson Desert, right in the heart of Outback Australia! This track, famed for its remote beauty and tough terrain, is known as the 2nd most challenging 4 WD track in Australia, just behind the legendary Canning Stock Route.

We have crossed the Simpson in the late 80'. At that time without encountering other travelers, being alone on the entire trip. Dalhousie Springs without fences and bathing ladder. And of course no road signs and GPS. Only Mt. Dare seems to be unchanged over the years. Great that you folks take me again on this trip! All the best from Braunschweig, Germany

The habitat box is rated to -40 degrees celsius so we’re very comfortable on those cold desert nights!
