I've been staying here since I was a kid in the mid-1980s. I'm 40 now and I take my family now. You took a wrong turn! You completely missed the best part of the campground, the east side is where the creeks are. There is nothing like waking up in the mountains with the sound of the creek! The kids love playing in the creeks, myself included! Also, on the back-side of the fishing pond is the Jack Tales Theater where they do a little show on Saturday nights. This is my home away from home.

Yeah we are going next week and I really wish I could get a picture of what the streamside tent sites are like. Currently looking at site 129 online but I guess we'll have to wait until we arrive on Friday to make sure it's perfect.

I should have mentioned the waterslide is awesome. There are videos here on KZbin of families going down the slide.

That campground is amazing and not hard to park a 38 5th wheel with 4 slides there do 5 times a year
