This soothing mindfulness fairy tale in English is called "The Wild Highland Mountains". Enjoy these Scottish murmurs stories, romantic love sleep stories and bedtime stories for grown ups (soft spoken ASMR) and relax for a while courtesy of Scotland's natural, musical sounds of the wilderness, to help you into a deep sleep.
Thank you again for the words of support and patience - the issues are not solved yet, however, I've managed to squeeze an edit out of the software, NOT to say it didn't put up a good fight!
Anyway, here's a real breezy, fresh mountain-top story all about traversing the Cuillin ridges on the Isle of Skye (pictured). It should leave you feeling both invigorated yet perfectly soothed and ready for sleep!
Having camped on the side of a mountain, you wake to a misty slope and threatening sunrise. Proceeding to scale the remainder, right up to the summit, you revel in sun-soaked bliss as you burst through the misty threshold.... :)

Here in the U.S. we have a trail through the Applachian Mountains that runs from Maine to Georgia. It takes people months to hike it from one end to the other. I've always wanted to do it but physically I don't think I'd make it a week. Plus there's all sorts of stories about weird things and people dissapearing, lots of folklore about it. Just thought you'd find it interesting since you like hiking. Thank you for the stories 😁
