first comment, because “why not” In Thailand, bangkok. lifts are not interesting also there no old lifts. But some metro are a-bit interesting, for like “Airport Rail Link” use Class 360/2 And “Red Line” train motor sounds like Class 800, 801 and 802 Also a cheap country

Do you always take your “crucifix” abroad, or just the triangle key on your keyset? I’m quite confused, I sometimes see you use the smaller triangle key and sometimes the crucifix

I have a crucifix. Is there any difference using that instead of a regular triangle key? Do I even need a regular triangle key if I have a crucifix?

@@SejLifts The issue is how many keys can I get through airport security without being questioned. I have lost 2 VEE keys and 1 Crucifix at airport security. The VEE keys I kind of understand as it looks dodgy. I was very not happy about my Crucifix being binned. I have multiple key sets for various levels of risk with different numbers of keys. I have... My bait set - Just enough keys to get on a basic lift and start machinery and equipment. My standard set - Most keys needed for the UK but doesn't include rare keys My extended set - Every key that I have, including rare keys and European keys. Plus in addition to these, I also have various sets of motor room keys for specific areas. In the UK it is illegal to go in places like building sites while carrying tools, which is why I choose the appropriate key set for what I am doing, rather than carrying all my keys. Plus I have so many keys that it is very heavy to carry all of them. With going abroad, the more metal in your bag means for more suspicion security have towards you. As I usually have my extended set for Europe, I can reduce the amount of metal by carrying a smaller triangle key. But in Monaco, there was 3 lifts that I could not open with the triangle key. On 2 of them the outer circle of the key meant it couldn't fit in the lift door, and on 1 lift the key did not reach the triangle which was set a long way into the door frame. Also, on some Kone MX18, MX20, MX32, the triangle mechanism needs a lot of force and only a crucifix has the leverage to open it.

@@GLH8 lifts usually have fans in them to circulate air through the car. In the US and some other places, the fan switch is key-operated, but here it seems it is a push button instead.
