Dixie, is so pretty.❤❤. You two are so great with Dixie. Great video🎉🎉🎉. You have your dog with you. That's not animal cruelty😢😢. Good for you and your pet❤❤❤. Yes, i do. I don't have a boat, but it would be so nice.

I love dogs and I can tell you also do. I could not live without a dog or two. We have two dogs(bothers) they were 12 this past week. Thanks I love you video's.

Great video and I definitely agree with your comments:dogs don’t care where they are as long as they are with us. That’s what makes them happy. Great job guys 👏

Solo sailor with two Basenjis here, we actually crossed paths in the Exumas back in 2023. My dogs have lived in the suburbs, the city, and on a boat in the islands. They are BY FAR the happiest when we are in the islands and they are free to run around a beach 3-4x a day playing, chasing toys, swimming, etc. So anyone who says that having a dog on a boat is "animal cruelty" can get bent. You guys are living life, and Dixie is too. Rock on! Hopefully we cross wakes again this winter. Keep pumping out awesome content!

DIXIE GIRL!!! I LOVED this episode all about my favorite 4 legged niece. Talk about a pup that LOVES her life and her parents. I can’t believe people would say anything negative about the way she lives because she is so taken care of and loved. Not only that, she is a pet that actually gets so much attention from her parents all the time…way more than most dogs living in the largest house with the biggest backyard. Kylo and Billie miss their cousin and can’t wait to play catch hopefully soon. She’s the reason they had to get a Kong frisbee too but just a little bit smaller than Dixie’s. Whenever they had the off chance of catching it before she did it was so big it would flip up and smack them in the face while they were running. This mostly happened to Kylo because after a few attempts to catch it Billie accepted defeat and just ran alongside Dixie because she’s just not as fast as her lol. Also, let’s talk about Dixie and cats 😂

Hi Cole & Emily, your at literally my favorite islands to dive, St John is a great place to snorkel or dive. Dixie has the style down! Very smart girl, to be able to adapt so well in such a short time.

Love love love Dixie! I just found your channel and I'm looking forward to watching Dixie Adventures on the SV. My Heeler Lulu MUST sleep with a pillow. It's hilarious! And yes, I think we all have convos with our dogs. If they're as big a part of your everyday life, like Dixie is in yours, there wonderful personalities come out and they learn what certain words mean, (like "beach"). She has a wonderful life on the boat, so much better than a lot of "backyard" dogs. ❤

New to the channel and really enjoying your adventures. To an answer your question, our AussieDoodle sleeps on a pillow at the top of the bed between my wife and I. Dixie is clearly with her pack and a happy camper. She wouldn't want to be anywhere else!

I loved the video. You can tell Dixie is happy. Aussies are so smart!! Our family has two male minnie aussies (1 moved out with our grown daughter as it’s hers) Just like humans, dogs have their own quirks and personalities. My daughter’s dog (Bear) loves to smile at people, while our dog (Dingo) doesn’t smile, but still loves people and attention. Female Aussies have a reputation of being nippy with strangers vs the males for some reason. Have y’all noticed any of that with Dixie?? My cousin has two females and had noticed it also with theirs. Just curious.
@adventurecrews3 ай бұрын
She can be very protective at times but I wouldn’t say she nips at people but she is just is on guard and barks when people get to close unless we assure her it’s ok. We do our best to introduce her to any and everyone as we meet people but we definitely have to keep on eye out when in public. Once a man came up behind her at a festival and wanted to say hello to her but she did not see him and by the time she did he was already touching her and I think he had to go home to get a change of clothes.

Better seeing cruisers with pets, rather than raising children on a boat. I refuse to watch channels with children!

😂😂 okay you have my attention… I’m so perplexed by this comment, WHY?! We’ve met so many cool families on the water!
@robert9533 ай бұрын
@@adventurecrews I'm sure there are some exceptions, but the few I've watched, the children seem to be lacking in social skills and education. Some even behind in speech.
@azul291563 ай бұрын
@@robert953Social skills and education? Have you seen the public school averages? Maybe you're right, these kids are more likely to know actual things about the world, they won't know how to fit into a "gang". The drug they are going to be addicted to is adventure. They won't have a pointless degree which leads them eventually to Join BLM. I guess it depends upon your definition of "success". Oh, and I think These kids are less likely to march in lockstep and "eat z bugs". Of course it's "just my opinion" AND I have five children aged from 9 thru 23...... I haven't been able to raise them on a boat but I did the best I could! 😊 And no, they do not have speech impediments. 🎉 CHEERS❤
@azul291563 ай бұрын
@@robert953 I Respectfully DISAGREE.. Growing up I lived in a travel trailer for a few years following my dad's work around the country. Yes it does have downsides but you also have a very rich experience. Just like these families that live on a boat and go from one exotic island to another. Possibly the difference is that I do not value "groupthink" but rather I believe that children should learn to think for themselves and to think critically about the world around them.
@robert9533 ай бұрын
@@azul29156 That’s the great thing about this country. We are all intuited to our opinions.
