It looked a nice pitch but shame you had to arrive in the rain, you wouldn't think it was mid summer. Fully togged up the weather never strops us either, so still nice to get out for a walk, especially for a coastal walk, I love seeing/hearing the sea. Food looked nice too and out 4 year old grandson would have loved that steam train, especially if we could have got on for a ride, as he is steam train mad, cheers Alan

We have been a few times, it was rather busy but it was a Saturday, loved all the shops and I got a new back pack he he. The bus ride from the campsite took about 10 mins and only £2 and I was free with my bus pass !! Just a shame it was raining. Loved the steam trains , poor Tony struggled with the gout in his foot, see you very soon at Shotley x Julie and Tony x

Just love those country roads....that was a tight squeeze those two busses. Oh rain drops. ~Such a ity about the rain- but that didn't dampen your spirits did it? Bit of a rough sea- but a walk on the beach despite the rain would be heavenly ( for me) Love the beach anytime. Inside for coffee/tea lunch is the best solution at Robin Hood's place. I suffered with gout for years so painful doctors put me on allopurinol tablets. Take one every day and never had gout since . Great video guys never been there ❤

I've driven past entries like that before. Is it allopurinol that Tony has been prescribed? It can take quite a few weeks to work especially if you started taking them in a flare-up. It is really painful, you do have my sympathy. I hope you have recovered fully from your chest infection Julie and that Tony is at least improving by now. It all seems to come at once doesn't it? Did you get the new backpack in the end? But you made the most of it. I hope you can still fly without too much discomfort. Thanks for sharing. I really enjoyed this one. At least Tony hasn't lost his sense of humour through all that pain.

Hi Chris. Glad you enjoyed our video. No Tony was on another medication called Colchicine , his foot is still swollen it’s worse at night. He’s got to go back to to the Drs for another blood test. Oh the joys! I’m all recovered now Chris thank you for asking. Yes I did get the back pack I forgot to show it. I’ll show you in our next video. Talking about flying, we have filmed so that will be released shortly. Yes he s able to fly. He wouldn’t be happy if he couldn’t do that 😊. Hello Dave and Sue, oh right, we will get some, he has been eating cherries as someone on the campsite recommended them. He has suffered. Ooh light at the end of the tunnel, he’s felt like he can’t eat anything he likes. I know, we were looking at the tank and totally missed the the turn 🙈. The campsite is gorgeous and Sherringham we have been to a couple of times before and love it there. Yes the pub was good. @@gallivantinggalantes that’s great Julie - I had real problems - both big toes. Started taking the tablets and within about two weeks they were better. Haven’t had any problems since! May just be a fluke but really seemed to work for me. Hope it works for Tony 🤞🤞🤞

Another great video ❤ we love Sheringham, hope you're both feeling better soon ! Cherries are supposedly very good for the relief of gout , and also proper cherry juice . My hubby has had it in his toe before, extremely painful, was prescribed Naproxen, hope this information helps ! 😍😍😍
