Hello, I watched the video and you did a great job! I have the same sailer First 21.7 I am looking for the plastic part that keeps the rudder pintles and rudder tie-rod. It is 20 mm diameter and 55 mm long. It was broken during sailing and I made it from poliamide plastic but it has broken again. It should be a smoother plastic like TPU but I could not find the right person. Would you have an advice for me? Thank you very much in advance.

Hi. I'm not sure I have that part on my 211 - the only plastic parts associated with the pintles I know of are the washers I mentioned in the video and Delrin is/was the best solution for that. There's rubber bushing in the centre of the tie rod where it mates with the tiller but no other parts I can think of. If you send me a picture of it ([e-mail]) I'll do my best.
