I have been a fan for a long time now, and i love how when he gets a weird roll, he doesn't shy away from it. That was a lot of cookie dough. Also, I love the darkwing duck shirt that brings me back.

Hey as someone else who also has GERD, just wanted to let you know I don't think Tums are typically recommended by doctors because of some thing about how they cause your stomach to produce more acid to offset the Tums that I don't fully understand. I was recommended by my GI to take Pepcid Complete instead, and it works great for me. Thanks for the wonderful videos, I've been really impressed with how much you engage with your audience in the comments! I know that can be hard work with all the negativity out there, and I appreciate everything you do for your audience :)

@@adventuresinaardia You could try magnesium/calcium carbonate antacids as well (Rolaids, apparently. Had to check up on NA brands, coz... Swedish. To me it's Novalucol. 🙂 ) Magnesium carbonate adds effectiveness to calcium carbonate - like, a lot in my experience. However: Never make the mistake I made, in thinking that aluminium/calcium carbonate antacids are the same. They blocked me up for *_DAYS!_* Never again!

FWIW, if you have (or manage to build up) more of a tolerance for that level of spice it does stop drowning out everything else, and can actually complement other flavours. But 1. nobody _needs_ to build up a spice tolerance, even friends who like stuff way hotter than I do would say you're not necessarily missing out 2. some hot sauces etc. are just nasty, even if you can tolerate the heat.
