My last trip in September to November, I did the extention of 29 days, 3300php, then I had to extend another 30 just before I left, it came to about 7700php. The extra amount was for an i-ACR card, one time purchase. Just a heads up on the costs. If I had to extend again afterward, it would have been about 3300php and I would get possession of the card.

Attention Philippines You have to step it up I just read the island of bali Indonesia received 6.3 million foreign tourists in 2024 That is 5 % more in one island than entire Philippines And many of those "foreign tourists"were Filipinos with foreign passports visiting family IF you truly want to increase tourism you need to find out what you are doing wrong #1 is short length of stay 30 days ...10 years ago it was 21 ! Yes you can extend but nobody wants to track down a bi office fill out forms pay and get acr card while in vacation! Malaysia Japan Mongolia Korea etc all 90 days entry

For real.. I missed my flight and had to stay an extra week because of the extortionate prices it would’ve cost to book within the next few days. Little did I know, with the extra stay, I went over my 30 day limit by a day or two. I was aware I was going to go over, I went to the immigration office straight after I missed my flight at the airport to hopefully fill out a form and extend it, they told me I’d have to go to a specific building in Manila or I’d extend it after security before boarding on the way home. Honestly it was just not a linear or easy experience, I was worried I was going to miss my flight, I was stopped after security and was directed to get an extension, went there, was told it was 4000 pesos, had to leave the main area to find an ATM and finally withdrew and got the extension. Just stress

Hi, thanks for the video. I am a foreign spouse to a Filipina and living in Australia. I understand that if we travel into the Philippines together I am granted 1yr. This is what we did once but still returned to Australia within the 30 days anyway. What are the requirements around tickets if I enter with my wife and do indeed intend to stay for at least 1yr? I am traveling to the Philippines early Feb. US citizen here. My entire trip is exactly 30 days. But in between I am leaving on a tour to Southeast Asian countries for 16 days. So technically I am in the Philippines 14 days with multiple entries and exits. Do I register for the whole entire 30 days trip or register twice with eTravel to account for the two separate segments of entering/exiting Philippines? Thanks for your answer. Webiste does not address multiple entries.

Trinidad and Tobago is in the E 0408 countries list (#137). You don't need to ask for a visa for tourism purposes travel

Ummm. NO. Time stamp 2:07 Your passport must not expire within the 6 months AFTER your arrival date, is the correct way to state this. The airline staff should check your passport expiry date before you are allowed to board. Just like a convenience store clerk checking ID of younger looking customers before they buy beer. After more than 20 trips, I got the PRA SRRV! Less requirements for me... Every day the airline management gives ticket agents / gate staff a date 6 months in the future. Any date on your passport expiry line before that 6month date = no board!
