Just standard Tourist Visa info here which is of little real use as one can submit all the required info and pay the fees only to be denied the visa without any questions or review of document for no reason other than they just don't want to issue visas to Filipinos (but sure glad to take your $200 fee or whatever is now) whereas the Southern border is wide open to everyone none of whom intend to just 'visit'. Only chance one has is if they are an elderly parent of someone in the US or working for a US based company with invite and coming over for meeting, conference etc. Sad thing is that any Filipino coming to the US to work under the gise of a tourist visa, would do just that work, and not only work but to work hard and not be a burden like so many coming from the South are.

While I agree 100% the border being wide open is ridiculous, the people coming want to work. We have an absolutely abhorrent administration running this country into the ground, but I don't blame the people wanting to come here. I blame the President and every single one of his cabinet and advisors. I'm back in the US right now and I can't get my wife here on a tourist visa. Reasons given are she may overstay her visa. Absolutely ridiculous. I joke, we'll fly her to Mexico and I'll walk her over from Tijuana into San Diego.

Just happened exactly like this to my friend. They never even asked for the documents! She waited 2 months for the so-called interview. The interview was less than 1 minute with 3 questions. The last being; who is financing her trip? She told them I was- as I filed the I-134. The officer told her that's not a good reason to get a visa. She was then handed her green card and denied. What is the purpose of the I-134.??? It is all a scam and I think the Philippine agencies are stealing from the public.

Kahit pa skilled or professional, hirap makapasok ng US to work, minsan ma deny pa ang visa application pero yung mga illegal immigrants na lumulusot lang sa alambre, tinatanggap nila ng maayos dun sa border, libre cp pa, monthly allowance, libre medical service, ng aaral pa ang mga bata sa mga school tapos nkatira pa sa hotel. Buhay nga naman. Good luck po sa mga nag aapply.

I always enjoy your videos they are so informative I am marrying a wonderful Philapino in July in the Phillappines so her family can be a part of it we plan on applying for a visitor visa so she can come visit while we wait for her marriage visa/green card will this be allowed as we will be married by the time we apply I am 61 she is 32 we plan on working 5 more years then retire in the Philippines

As I understand my guest(tourist)must fill out the " declaration of financial support"? I am not sure what my role is as the American host. I am being told by them I need to supply them an affidavit of support from the Philippine embassy. I'm confused.

Hi gud morning.i have been filled out a ds-160 form for tourism visa but i got a mistaken in my application.my current employer doesn't allowed me to take 6months vacation and the month i attached in my ds-160 wasn't match to my flight itenirary.how can i get through of this .my interview will be on January 31.please may i have your advice please.thank u

At may imvition letter na po ako at affidavit of support picture id nya ang problema kolang yung ilang buwan ako mag stay doon o kasi gusto ng boyfriend ko tatlong buwan i baka hindia approved

Hi maam subscriber nyo po aq lagi po aq nanomood ng mga update about us embassy manila.. ask ko lang po kasi nag medical po aq sa slec noong October 5 pero sputum aq nag second opinion aq sa private radiologist at clear nman ang porpose ko lng kaya nag second opinion aq sa xtray wala kasi kaming history sa family namin...nag sputum collection ako ng 3days 16,17,18 babalik kami sa December 14 para sa result ..ask ko lang kasi naka schedule ang interview noong October 24 dahil sputum aq pina cancel ko ang interview ko sa us embassy,..sis pag nag pa re schedule aq for interview sa us embassy panibago po bang Ds-160? at may MRV slip reciept din na po aq dahil pina cancel ko ang interview ko sis paano ang binayad ko sa visa,kailangan po bang itawag sa kanila? kasi mag panibagong appointment po aq sa us embassy interview..sana po sis mabasa mo po ito....thanks and advance 🧡💛💚❤️✌️
