i was there yesterday and it was such an incredible experience. I was there for like 10 hours and with the lines to view the great pavilions, you just end sampling a few of the 192 countries as you take in what it's like to be there.

I was here for 4 days as a performer for the USA this past week. I didn’t even get the scratch the surface of everything to see and I was there 4 days! (Granted I had performances or briefings at USA pavilion on 3 of those days). I enjoyed seeing some of the pavilions I just didn’t have time to wait in line for through this video!

@@AdventureSingh we didn’t perform at the restaurant side, actually! It was with my university’s marching band so we wouldn’t have fit. We performed in front of the pavilion, at the park right by it and at Al Wasl dome. We also did a parade. We were there for US National day. A bunch of us tried to get smart queues but because of our ticket/credential situation as performers we unfortunately did not qualify and we ever got there early enough to miss lines (the only day we didn’t have an early morning performance we had to stay at the hotel until noon for Covid testing). I wish I could’ve seen more but considering I had no idea this was happening until we were invited in late January and that I didn’t have to pay for any of it (flight, hotel, food… literally anything) I’m glad and very thankful I got to see what I did get to see.
