LOL... :) That actually happened here. We had 2 bengal cats male and female and the male cat died. 6 months later their offspring moved in under our porch and refused to go home. Then he started just looking in the porch door, and slowly he started walk inside to the irritation of his mom that would hiss to him if she saw him. But he started going deeper inside a little every day until he came into a room where some furniture and a TV from the home he was born was, this seemed to trigger a memory in him and he sat there stirring at the TV he used to sleep in front of as a kitten. After that he moved in and have not left other then to go out for walks, his mom was not happy in the beginning but soon accepted that now her grown up son lives here. And she also started going out for walks with him and alone also which she refused to do after her male companion died. Now they are good friends :) We spoke with his owners, they had tried to keep him in one day he came home after he moved in with us. And he totally panicked and they had to let him out as he would not stop meowing and wanting out. They said a mini pig they had hated him and used to bite him and bully him and they also had a puppy that would not let him sleep in peace. So he have must come to us to get piece and quiet and stay with his mom :)

Everything about this video is hilarious. Using a plastic box as a salt trap to contain the demon so he’ll sit still long enough to be filmed. The smell being so repulsive he just up and runs away. His refusal to acknowledge it as food. Absolute comedy gold.

Surströmming is really good if you have a good taste and a good tongue that can pick up on all the nuances. It says more about you than the delicacy when you say something like “it’s horrible” I guess you’re no star in the kitchen…

Maine Coon cats are said to be the most dog-like of all cats. My Big Mac (Randall P McMurphy) is personable, talkative, and WAY smarter than my other cats. Like a dog, he tends to settle down within a few feet of wherever I am. Best formerly stray cat ever!

@@tubularificationed Actually, I'm swedish but I've never eaten Surströmming, though as I understood is that if you open it in under water it won't smell as bad as it does when open it directly in the air. Some people love the taste of it though :)

As a North German, I like to eat fish, but surströmming, oh dear. A prankster from my group of friends bought a tin of it 18 years ago. We were sitting in a garden shed in winter, already a little drunk, with a stove in the shed to keep us cozy and warm. I'll never forget the smell, one of us threw up in the sink at the bar, I stood outside with another buddy gagging and gasping for air and two buddies stood a few steps away and threw up in the hedge opposite the garden shed. The one who had brought the can got a clothespin for his nose and three bin bags from the host, he had to go back into the garden shed and get rid of the can. Despite an hour of airing out, the smell was still perceptible in the garden shed 🤣🤣
