Really nice set up, I wonder how many people are aware of the fact that if the S,H,TF, there most likely won't be any place to get gas, you could use this setup for most all your bug out scenarios, plus it's quiet . Love your friend the camera guy, would really like to see him start his own KZbin channel - he seems to have it together. And the part where he was watching your camp for you as you left - didn't move a muscle - such loyalty, and why I believe he would be a great success at having his own channel, but then I guess that would leave you out a cameraman - bummer. I myself have a ebike and have thought it would be a great apocalypse vehicle as well, and after seeing how you and your friend was fairing - I am sure now that I was right... Another great video, and cu-does also to whoever your video editor is - awesome job.

You don't need the Bluetti system. I use a tiny solar dc to dc boost controller that charges my ebike at 4 amps to 54.6 volts. You already have a big battery for your ebike. You don't need two. Check out Electrify Bike out of Utah. They have their SunPower 200 system. That's what I use. Getting rid of the Bluetti system would make a lot of room for food and water.

Great setup, have you considered what EMP protection can be done for the bike and solar panels for when the apocalypse starts? Would just removing the battery and protecting that be enough. It would be a shame t lose the electric features just as the apocalypse starts. The Blue Yeti's should fit into a large enough Farady cage without any issues. Genius at work! Love it. I always get some good laughs watching your videos :)

Neat but thats way too slow and u mite have to carry it if the water is high or muddy or snowy. And what if a solar panel breaks, u cant really go buy another. Older diesels is prolly the best option, they can run on waste filtered oil. Every parked vehicle thats been emp will have a oil pan full of oil. And u can mix other flammable liquids in to boost cetane. Or if ur close to an ocean a sail boat. In the apocalypse its gonna be hard to source usable food and water. It will be easier to get oil than water, so having an oil burner like a old VW diesel, is best option.50mpg on like 90% used motor oil. And it can carry stuff.

Get yourself a stealth bomber clone. It's a few thousand bucks but the battery is 72 volt 40 ah up to 75 ah. Goes 60+ mph with a 200 mile range. With a 72 volt inverter you can use it as a portable electric generator that you ride that can power your base or anything you find along the way.

the concept is solid however im sure there is improvements that can be made. it may just be me but when it comes to firearms im picky i like having a 12 or 20 ga then minimum of 223 for larger game and longer range shots personally that's the only thing i can think of other then keeping more bike batteries. this is definitely a mid to longer term idea the only thing the keeps it from being super sustainable is the life expectancy of batterie's and how lithium batteries you look half of the original energy capacity with in the 2-3 years.
@AdventureswithSpackmann6 ай бұрын
Yeah life expectancy is the problem. I think that’s where learning how to add your own batteries would come into play. Or have someone in your community that knows how. I agree bro, I have my 12 but didn’t show it in the video. Really wanna get me a 223. I’ll add it eventually. Thanks for watching
@ndpredator47266 ай бұрын
@@AdventureswithSpackmann yea a .223 even in a bolt action would be great or a braek action 357 so not only can you use 357 but 38 special so 2 for one. the main thing to think about when it come to firearm and shtf is how common is the ammo and the part thats why i also like 9mm in a glock its crazy easy to find parts and ammo and magazines.
