My grandparents lived on 100 acres in Greenfield and only a 10 minute walk from Stockton Lake. Loved it down there. Great fishing on Stockton Lake!

I can camped one night there. It was close to the end of the season and I enjoyed my stay. I’ve since sold my van. The last time I was there was just a sightseeing visit with a good friend.

DAMN! Wish I’d known about this place. Just left MO and has a hell of a time finding anything unoccupied over the weekend. And then outside Columbia my trailer jumped off the hitch, destroying my trailer jack. I’m getting all the bad stuff done the first week out! You give me hope.

BRIAN be safe, haul ads to Maine for that job, then visit with family/friends when you come back, there's all the time to mosey your way back threw Missouri/Arkansas on your way back this winter. Also visit Ponca/Jasper area along Buffalo River, my god you will love it

While you're in Missouri, try to go to "Big Spring".....in Van Buren. One of the 3 largest natural springs in the U.S. 280,000,000 gallons per day of crystal clear water, bubbling up and causing the Current River! Such an AMAZING thing to see!
