You have to explain the following: 1. What is reasonable doubt? Doubt about what? What does it consist of or its essential elements? What makes it "reasonable"? 2. How would the Prosecution be able to prove their case beyond reasonable doubt or to put it more bluntly how do the Prosecution lawyers overcome or defeat the reasonable doubt?

Probably a good idea for a more in depth video on the topic, this is meant to be an introduction so I only briefly outline what it is, I’ll be teaching the subject this year as well so many more videos will be coming, thanks for the feedback!

Which method is the best way for adjudication? If it is Inquisitorial then why other countries hesitate to adopt it if it is good for people?
@Wimbledonchannel3 жыл бұрын
A really interesting question! I think the main reason that countries wouldn't switch would be the difficulty of going from one system to the other. These systems have evolved over a long period of time, and making such huge changes would be very difficult and time consuming!

This system of justice just creates new victims and doesn't help the original victims. A parallel system would be better.

Judges are not fair and impartial. They work with prosecutors. Most of them were prosecutors. Judges threaten defense attorneys with being disbarred if they demand evidence that proves jurisdiction. They all belong to the same association which is a conflict of interest but they ignore that all the time. Prosecutors get judges to order defendants to be mentally evaluated but no defendant has ever been able to get a judge to have a prosecutor mentality evaluated. How exactly is that being fair and impartial? Judges proceed without any evidence of an injured party or victim. Prosecutors list the "state" as the victim to punish peaceful people for disobedience. How can anyone injure the "state"? Their criminal justice system is unjust and criminal.

Hi Robert, you’ve clearly had some unpleasant dealings with the criminal justice system. Please note that this video discusses the system as it hypothetically should run, not as it runs in every day practice.
