Thanks Ant. I just caught myself on by remembering one that I didn't put on the list. It was along the lines of don't create imaginary arguments in your head as you're getting yourself annoyed for no reason. I'm off on holiday this whole week and I have my work phone turned off. I started thinking about it's tough if my bosses are looking for me for any reason and they're entitled to their holidays so I'm entitled to mine and then I just thought, "Shut up, Kevin!" No point getting annoyed about things that might not even be happening.
