Your video is a doom and gloom scenario. You don't say what advice your 'expert in' you talk about partnerships, lease agreements, short cut or one page agreements you deem not fit for purpose yet a will written and signed on a piece of paper would suffice yet, unless by you, unless an expert is involved at every juncture the business, partnership or lease would fail😮😮😢😮😮😮😮😮😮
