Pile 4 is super accurate. I've noticed that after every really bad negative experience I have i tend to just let all my feelings out and wake up the next with a completely clear head and mindset the next day. I like to call it "metaphorical sewerslide" because back when my mental health wasn't the best I wished for peace but didn't want to pass by my own hands.
