Advocates rally in National City to support bill making child sex solicitation a felony

San Diego is among the 13 worst spots in the country for human trafficking. That's according to the FBI. National City officials say the problem is especially bad in their community. KPBS reporter Alexander Nguyen tells us what they want to do about it.
