So grateful for your video... i did exactly as you said. I tilted it forwards and backwards, took the filter out and cleaned out the draw cavity. Switched it back on and it started as normal and the wash cycle has just finished. I am so happy. I was going to call someone to fix it tomorrow so you have saved me money that i couldnt afford. I'm glad this helps you. I know it will cost a lot for the type of washing we had and that's why I decided to share what I learned myself so will save many wives out there from spending more for the washing. I have many experience with this washing including changing the locker door which I did now make any video but everything can be easily fixable with few extra dollars to buy for the parts. I'm glad I've helped.

Im glad it helped you. I know its a fortune to call a repair and some people just throw it not knowing its a very little thing to do. You can even buy some small parts over the net and fix as what I’ve done for my door lockers.

Thank you so much for sharing the video. When AE error code reported today morning, i quickly searched in google and found your video demonstrating the issue what could be. I tilted the washer/dryer in the front and removed the dirty/drain water underneath. Error code is disappeared. Immediately the washer/dryer started working normal.

I believe it's an error indicating a water leak somewhere inside the machine. Check to see if there is any water leaking inside the machine. It's most likely something small but make sure it's not a huge amount. If hubby is a little mechanically gifted, then he might be able to fix it. But if you say the door was not closed properly. Then that might be the culprit. I know our machine once started you cannot open the door. Check all hoses for a tight fit.

Mine the same I found the leakage ai the gray drain pipe . The reason was the clip which hold the drain pipe was broken and the pipe vibrate and against with the metal created a small hole . You can see the water shoot out when the drain pump on. To fix it I used a cable tie and well the hole with plastic or glue

Thanks for this message I will check mine to ensure that there is no broken on the pipe. At the moment I did not experience anymore this problem as I think mine comes from over loading the washing that cause the rubber push harshly that leak water in the side
