AE Live 19.2 - Choices, Choices, Choices: Strategies for Student Choice in the Classroom

In this interactive session, participants will learn how they can easily incorporate student choice in the classroom. Classrooms are never homogenous. Even though we might, for example, be teaching English to primary students who are all studying the language for a third consecutive year, these students might be at different language levels and have varied interests. Choice in the classroom supports student engagement and motivation. Choices also work well for multi-level classrooms. By the end of the session, participants will have explored several practical strategies and engaging ideas for effectively implementing student choice in their classrooms.
