to be honest they might have planted that crack pipe knowing that he already admitted on camera to smoking crack. Think about it, they found no crack and had nothing to legally charge them with. UNLESS, they happen to find a "Paraphernalia" sitting on top of the drivers side floor mat in plain view of the officer searching his truck.... Watch that cop literally look right at where the crack pipe is laying on the floor and fling the door mat up so it goes flying into the camera's view. its 100% not uncommon for cops to fabricate charges and plant illegal items in your vehicle becuase they want to arrest you when they have no legal reason.
