I mean he did tell the officer he didn't have an id but would show him his wallet.and then as soon as cop comes around he's acting like dude told him he didn't have a wallet. I could easily see how passenger got confused about it being the same officer. It was dark out, car was packed with people and he was on the farthest side away from the cop so prob couldn't get a great view of him through driver window. Prob figured, oh I told the cop that I had my wallet but no Id and this one is pointing out I do have a wallet so he must not be the one I told it to.
