People like this will do or say most anything to avoid taking responsibility for their own choices. It's sad but true and it really isn't about race at all. If old people got out of trouble by saying "I'm old" the result would be the exact same thing. The 'race card' has much more than a 5% success rate of making (white) people back off, so it's here to stay until the day comes where it *never* works.

This cops is thorough. Every one of these videos I’ve seen him in he does the taillight touch when pulling someone over. This is for a couple reasons. One being to leave his prints in case the driver flees. It’s proof he made contact. This has been largely abandoned over the years with the introduction of dash cams as well as it compromising officer safety due to giving away clear position. But it’s still a tactic some use for prints and as a power play to the vehicle occupants.
