thank you!! but i have a question. how to apply this when countersteering small amounts?
@DriftSchoolTV2 жыл бұрын
If it's small amounts then you can just turn like you would when driving normally around a corner 😃

@@DriftSchoolTV oh alright, then i need more practice. 🙏 thanks

@@takumifujiwara2073Yeah as he said I would just say to turn in slightly more and with a bit of speed. Kind of like snapping the wheel in on the turn in

@@iswimslow4 hi thank you for answering. i've been studying DK Tsuchiya very carefully and training a lot over the past year, and the way he does it is by "passing" the steering wheel from one hand to the other near the bottom point.

When are you applying the clutch kick?
@demabrown52878 ай бұрын
I know this is an advanced technique. Just started drifting this year and was curious

@@demabrown5287 This is coming from someone who hasnt drifted an actual manual car, but I would think you don't clutch kick when using the handbrake since you have to clutch in anyways. I would think it you use it maybe in extended drifts to keep the slide going but not wanting to lose motion by using handbrake
