While this is a really an interesting new tool for HPA-power, I don't recommend double barrel shot guns in general for home defense. Two shots and that's all you got. Power is good but capacity is arguably more important. AEA is really pushing the envelope though and that's good overall for airgun enthusiasts.

Hello I'm watching from Korea. That's really amazing!! How does that bullet work? I don't think it's a CO2 capsule, but if it bursts through the primer, there will be a hole, so how does compressed air eject toward the gun port?
@airgunnerreviews78882 ай бұрын
Hi! The air cylinders have a screw on cap with a center hole and you place a thin round piece of metal called a disc burst in the cap that covers the hole. On the other end of the air cylinder you screw on the fill probe and fill to 5000 psi using either a high pressure hand pump or air compressor. Once it is filled you unscrew the fill probe and screw in the slug holder that holds the 50 cal projectile and place into the barrels. When fired the firing pin strikes the disc burst piercing it and a small amount of air is released and creates a vacuum that opens the large valve behind the slug and pushes it out of the barrel. Once fired the disk burst is no good since it has a hole so it is replaced with a new one every time you refill but they are very cheap!

@@airgunnerreviews7888is the 50cal slugs you are using.498 or .495 and what weight to get max FPE?? I heard someone fit .510? TIA
@airgunnerreviews78882 ай бұрын
Right now I’m using texoma 50 cal 510, 235 grain. I should have a total of 12 air cartridges by Wednesday hopefully, and I have a lot of testing including getting some chrony numbers, air cartridge reliability, testing double fire feature to see how far the slugs separate from each other and accuracy.
@larryjanson40112 ай бұрын
not sure but looks like you only get the two shots then you are out of ammo. unless you drop a couple hundred more for extra loads. then out till you can get more compressed air into them. is this right? or are the cartridge's just one shot and dump in the trash? aka one co2 canister per shot ? i like the short barrel set up for home defense as the law says non crooks can not have short barrel's on guns.
@Doobie6032 ай бұрын
no co2 canisters, these are reusable and about 30 bucks a canister. You punch a hole through a burst disc that you replace each time, it comes with 100 to start. It costs a little up front but air is really really cheap and slugs and pellets are a fraction of what bullets cost. It is perfect for what is intended for.
@ianevangelista45778 күн бұрын
My tip is if you can put a more smaller 1500 psi just 357 like cartage is more better and also compact and can put into box magazines that be nice 😊👍 but love this air shot gun😊❤😊❤😊

Good question! It is too early to give this a 100% thumbs up since I have not shot it as of yet! I am waiting to see if the air cartridges hold air for at least a week. This is going to be as loud as a firearm so I will need to travel up the mountain to my brothers house to test and video the results. The shotgun itself is impressively well made and I am hoping the air cartridges are reliable! However if you don’t jump on getting one now there is a good chance of running out of stock!

@airgunnerreviews78882 ай бұрын
You need a PCP hand air pump or compressor capable of reaching 4500-5000 PSI. You can find these units on Amazon or any online pellet gun store. You get only one shot per fill but with that said you are looking at 100 FPE and will easily put a 50 caliber slug through a 2x4.

@@airgunnerreviews7888 also I had one more question when filling the cartridge with air how do you know when it is full?
@airgunnerreviews78882 ай бұрын
If your using a hand pump you will know your close to full when your back and arms feel like rubber, just know at that point you still have 10 pumps to go. Lol just kidding 😂. There is a pressure gauge on both the hand pump and air compressor and most of these units max out at 4500 to 5000 psi so you cannot over fill.
