Great shooting Rick. This is a great little carbine. Mine was shooting the fx hybrid 44.5 slugs at 1030 fps for 105 fpe. Was also very accurate out to 100 yards. Fun guns

Another great video, thank you 🤠. It would be useful to know what kind of impact power does the HP MAX .35 has at 100 yards compared to the .30 cal . Because it is said that the .30 cal sustains its velocity better at that distance, which could illustrate our view of what caliber is more effective at 100 yds with that gun. 👍

Wow!!! That's some great shooting Rick!!!. I noticed with my bugbuster $140 optics on my .30 cal Max, I'm not throwing lead as accurate as you are. Do you think I could be if I invested in a better scope, would you agree? Does it matter the scope, because I'll be honest, I cant hit a target at 100 yards that easy as you did, but at 50 yards, I'm getting dime size groupings. Now I have to be honest, I'm mediocre at best, with my airgun skills, But I'm working on it. Your thoughts

They sell Challenger pro regulator kit . It also can be used for HP MAX

Hey Rick! Great video. I recently purchased the AEA HP MAX .35 cal and took your recommendation and purchased the same AIREUS scope. Quick question for you. The picatinny rails to mount the scope are unusually narrow and was wondering how you managed to make them fit properly?

Yes I have I had pic mounts and used leapers Utg pic to dovetail adapters . They work great

.357 has some serious knockdown power at a 45 to 65 yd range . Accuracy is great for both I guess it comes down to what you are going to do with it .

Hi rick, just watched your latest video on the aea 30 cal with a cute little scope on top. I know this question is going to be off topic. But we know now that the aea big guns are roughly 8 lb in weight what would you suggest for a lightweight high quality scope for any of those aea guns. Considering a 25 caliber I'm 70 years old it looks like that gun weighs around 8 lbs bare Bones I'm looking for a good lightweight scope. If you have a chance give me an answer thanks much enjoy your videos

Why did you only fill it to 3600 psi? The tank is rated for 4500. The FPS would have been higher. Fill it to 4400 next time. Sig Shooter (Bin Lu) has the .30 at 4300 psi on this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/pHjVkHl6Zpxml68

My aea hp varmint .25 was awful. Defective magazine, horrible trigger, barrel pointed upward, wouldn't group any pellet or slug I had. It was declared defective by AEA after returned and ended up having to file a dispute on the charge because AEA wouldn't refund me after they got it back. Awful... Never again.

Sucks, I looove my .25 Varmint. It loves NSA 33.5gr slugs and is a straight shooting slugger out to 150-200 yards. I’ve had it 6 months and haven’t had to resight it since new. Simply an amazing rifle. It’s my daily shooter on the ranch hunting hogs/ yotes/ and all pests in between.

@@jrsoto1000 You lucked into a decent one. Not a single good thing I could say about mine. 2" groups @ 50yd regardless of slug or pellet or power wheel setting. Barrel pointed up so badly almost had to max the scope adjustment @ 50.

@@2002ZRX1200R I doubt it was luck. I know their earlier ones had some issues. I’m a pretty picky shooter and seriously have had zero complaints with AEA. For a new build and what you get you can’t beat it imo. Better than buying a platform that’s 10 years old and dealing with bad workmanship or warranty issues. Just my opinion.

You start shooting without even stating what brand and type of pellets/slugs you're shooting or what their weights are. But you take plenty of time to mention all the specs of your scope optic, which is nearly irrelevant. WTF.

Hi always great watching you make every gun preform like a champ buddy but, i cant like fox air equipment after the run around I got with that terry( thinks he is a tough guy, they all do till they meet 1)I wont go into it's a personal matter I'll leave it there. Just wanna let you know why I disliked this episode nothing you did wrong what so ever just wanna warn the viewers be careful ordering from fox air. I will not dislike anything unless its AEA.
