Texoma Precision Pellets makes a Remington 12 gauge choke adapter that screws onto the AEA ZEUS Gen 1 & 2
@AtmoTacOutdoors Жыл бұрын
Yeah! I got one from him a couple weeks ago, it’s very nicely made and fits perfectly. Also have 2 different rem chokes for it so some detailed testing footage will be coming soon.

awesome video Thanks for your time and effort. Im still trying to decide whether to get the 24 inch version or the 32 inch. Will be deer hunting at 50 yrds. Any suggestions
@AtmoTacOutdoors11 ай бұрын
Thanks man I appreciate it! Honestly I’d go with one of the shorter versions especially if you’re staying inside 100yd. The 32” is just ridiculously long and heavy. Plus your still getting 1,000 FPE with the 24” and 750+FPE with the 16” which will still easily drop deer on the spot
@cliftonhagan239711 ай бұрын
im going to be no further than 60 yrds. I like the 24 inch version. I have my room set up for shooting out the window at my targets because of disability Thanks aor all the replies means alots to me to be able to ask serious questions and get honest answers. Thank you@@AtmoTacOutdoors

24” should work great for you then! No problem at all, my favorite part of this job is spreading what little knowledge I gain haha so I try to answer everything I can. Best of luck to you!

I really appreciate the encouragement bro!! I’m definitely gonna keep making vids, got some cool ideas in mind, trying to step up my content quality! Lol! Yeah I think anyone hit with an exploding AA would rethink their rioting behaviors 😅

Rifled barrels on shot shells make a donut shape on target. buck and ball loading your shells with buck shot and larger balls can pattern better but there’s a bigger chance of messing up your rifling.
@AtmoTacOutdoors Жыл бұрын
Yeah I agree, it definitely slings the pellets out a lot wider. I’m going to get a straight rifled choke also and see if that slows the spin enough to help, if the reg chokes don’t work good enough for me

Imagine dying from battery acids because a hole got punched into you with a battery. That's brutal. If the bleeding doesn't kill you, the battery acids will.
@AtmoTacOutdoors11 ай бұрын
For sure, it would be a rough way to go with very little chance of survival

It's not a good idea to handle batteries or inhale toxic vapor from these batteries after shooting them
@AtmoTacOutdoors Жыл бұрын
Yeah I agree, I don’t recommend anyone repeat what I do. However they are the type of AA that is labeled murcury free ,non acid, and non environmentally hazardous

@AtmoTacOutdoors good move you know the youtube self proclaimed DNR agents will be telling you how your killing some type of critically endangered dirt mite that's only native to your property......never fails

Now THIS is what I call recycling your AA batteries. I've been looking for an air rifle that does whatever you want it to do for the Zombie Apocalypse, or Heaven forbid a civil war and this looks like it has no competition. I heard that AEA is coming out with a new one in 2025 that is over .90 which is unheard of. Imagine seeing a concrete cinder block turn to dust.
@terrancewilhite92609 ай бұрын
No doubt about it, do not use AA batteries if hungry.

Careful to damage your rifling with all these foreign homemade stuff! Great fun but bad for the gun!
@AtmoTacOutdoors11 ай бұрын
Yeah for sure! I 3d printed the sabots with TPU which is a soft material and the batteries make no contact with the bore 👍
