That Ethiopian food - there is a ritual called Gursha when you eat Ethiopian food. Gursha is feeding the person sitting with you on that meal. you feed a morsel to the person sitting with you, it could be one it could be four. one morsel is fed to show ur love to the other person sitting with you sharing the meal.

Nice to see diversity by interviewing non Indian for a change. All the Indians passing by recognised you from the window and got curious was kind of distraction. Dubai is like India because it is full of Indians all over in UAE. Ethiopian food is cooked with Lard (animal fat) which put me off and is too heavy.
