Hi Stephanie, I don’t unfortunately. This was a show villa that Emaar completed. The rest of the mansions on this area come as shell and core. Take a look at Blush Interiors they do incredible work here based out of London. I’m sure you will like their work if you like this villa

Nice house. A little overpriced. Color combination is nice. Long curtains matched with the couches. I haven't seen this big Refrigerator anywhere. Looks like Dubai people eat a lot. lol. Covered path extension from house to the outside area always looks good. Needed a day bed there. Overall it's a nice house. Needed more detailing to look like more than $100 mil house.

That home is grossly overpriced. The pricing structure is similar to Emirates Hills which is a well developed and well know mega mansion community. This is why I think it's overpriced: This "Sandbox lot" is a great distance from Palm Jumeirah, Dubai marina and Burj Khalifa,,, in other words close to nothing. The labor cost to build a house like this is cheap due to the slave labour they use. If I was to to rebuild a house like this, do you think it would cost me 30,000,000 dollars? More like under 8 million if you factor in the slave cost. There is a saying we have here: A fool and his money soon part ways.

It is cheaper when someone builds his own mansion. My uncle's Mansion is way bigger and more luxurious in materials and decoration yet way cheaper. His mansion has an elevator, lots of long windows, luxury ceramic floor and high walls. The cost is approximately AED 50,000,000 only with the furniture. Most of the furniture is from luxury Italian shops. Further, some of the furniture is from Hermes, some from Vercase. This is why this is way overpriced compared to the size and price of local Emirati houses in Jumeirah, Al Mizhar, Al khawaneej and Al warqa in Dubai.
