In this video, I'll be walking you through an amazing contemporary Arabesque seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom mansion.
Located in the aptly named "street of dreams" or the grove this mega home affords some of the most amazing views of the new Dubai Hills championship golf course with the Burj Khalifa and accompanying skyline in the distance.
The ground floor of the villa comprises of 2 large family rooms, an old-school office, beautiful formal dining area, ground floor guest suite, family kitchen and breakfast room and back kitchen and staff room with laundry.
The basement features a ridiculous fully equipped cinema room, large open bar entertainment area and full spa with sauna, and massage room.
In part two we will be going upstairs via the villas private lift and taking a look at a master bedroom to dream of.

It's beautiful, but, it wouldn't be a choice of mine to buy, but, maybe to rent if ever decided to visit Dubai for a week or two.😉 👀 Looks like it's a place of said palace for female and or male that loves to play the part of a queen and or king that's not my style of behavior to would want to play to live sucha part.. ▶The outside shown pools areas and then by the advertiser being shown to entering the listed as mansion from the pools area 👀 looks also like could be some kind of rental resorts place for guess visiting Dubai, but, its a beautiful so-called mansion.

Hi Mario, I’m not sure of the architect let me find out for you. I believe that the interior and fit out was done by Casa Prestige. We have a good relationship with them if you would like me to introduce you just let me know.

Haha ok I’ll ignore the username don’t worry. No they aren’t forced to get full time security. They would certainly need staff to keep up with the maintenance, but definitely no real need for security.
