I have tried all methods for ielts reading and have taken an ielts test too. I can tell you this method won't work for most people. 1. People will not remember what they have read, especially when under pressure. People normally cannot remember a long passage just by reading it once. 2. Based on this method, after we read the text, we read the statements and find the answer in the text, which means we have to read the text again. It's a waste of time when YOU CAN JUST START FROM THE STATEMENTS AND SCAN FOR THE PARAPHRASED KEY INFORMATION IN THE TEXT RIGHT AWAY. It would be hard yes, but it is definitely more doable than this method. Again, perhaps it would work for some people, but trust me it won't work for most people. Thank you for your service sir.

I have so many issues with this video. First of all, i don't think writing 'T,F,NG' or 'Y,N,NG' is acceptable, it must be written in full. Then also, i fault the use of logic in answering reading questions, your answers should be wholly based on what's in the passage. Lastly, reading the whole passage before answering the questions? Where is that time? 10 minutes is a whole lot of time spent on reading just one passage. My advice: Practice and find out what works for you. Time yourself also, and figure out your own time management strategy. Love from Nigeria.

Hello sir, Your speaking videos are phenomenal. But in this video I would like to point out, it’s a completely wrong strategy, reason being passages are not so easy and nothing given can be assumed. Like you mentioned, we can assume the gestation period can’t be 4 years long. While doing reading comprehension we put our own knowledge aside and only rely on what is given in text. For example, If the text mentions that sun rises in the north. We simply mention it as true and not question the facts.

yeah ofc, just make sure the uni or colleges that u want to apply doesn't require the limitation for each section, cuz in some of them for instance they wanted us to get 6.5 overall and no below 6 in each part. however, there are still a lot of uni /colleges out there that don't pay attention to each section, they are just looking for the overall band. anyway 6.5 is a really great score
