Sometimes it is a matter of the mindset: Mistakes are fine as long as you learn from them. Setbacks are expected so you adjust your timeline (personally, timelines are useless when we do not control many factors around us). Instead of "I am having a struggle to get back on track" tell yourself, "I am in the process of getting back on track". In my decades of existence on this earth, I found that the less we talk about what we want to do, want to achieve, the more we get time and focus to just work at getting what we want and once we have it, talk about it then.
