Welcome to poe XD Same thing happened to me I tried to make a double damage over time quiver took me almost 60- 70 divs to make when I could have just purchased it for 40 to 50 with good rolls

Pro Tipp: Don't hit Additional Arrow with Annuls, hit them with Fracturing Orbs. 😂 How many times you can miss a 1 in 4? POE: Yes! I can relate. Once missed 9 50/50 Elevations in a row before I gave up the League.

fracturing only works when you have 4+ bases and fracture them all 4 at once

Man, I was trying to fracture chaos res on cogwork ring and it took me 16 (!!!) tries. I was literally screaming at my monitor, this is like 1% chance. After your clip I'm starting to suspect that less weight mods have lower chance to be locked.

You went the upside-down way I've used to get 6 t1 quiver. Just had t1 life, t1 crit multi, t1 proj speed all fractured. From there, Woe essences are cheap and so are exalts. So you Woe+Exalt until you hit it. Not that bad and all your mods are there.

sadly i wasnt there i would have told you to buy crit multi fracture (20-50c) and spam essence until add arrow which is not that hard to get around 200-500 essence which is 3-8 div.
