Broken diffusers and pipelines are common in aeration ponds. Designs of air diffusers must allow easy maintenance such as liftable parts. Seeding of compatible biomass from other WWTP will quicken the process....

Cow-dung is having aprox. 16% TSS, rest is moisture. We need 3 to 4 times VSS then COD kg load/day.

It is just need to fill the tank with Raw water upto the TWL, and leave it for 72 hour. If leakage find then arrest it and then we may take it in service.
