I like watching people do silks for the first time cause it's funny being like I remember doing that and blah blah blah for first time they did really good the teacher was terrible tho she gave them extremely basic things that I went to a camp and a 5 year old could do that were harder than this.

The thing were they had to lean back was incredibly easy.... Like... You could do that with 2 poles and a floor. It's stupidly easy. Lol

Also, why are they on a knot. A knot is never used in actual routines (Or I've never really seen any, but still.) I guess for beginners, it's a good spot to learn, especially if you don't have much upper body strength, but they're cheerleaders, are they not? They could easily do other things.
