The rolling splits was my favorite. Now I am 30 degrees away. So how do you weatherproof the rig? Is it anchored down or do you take it down every time. My rig is short. The height is part of the thrill. I wonder if they would let me hang off the side of the building 😂

Bruhhh for some reason the double foot lock off ground was NOT CLICKING with me for like....3 weeks straight of classes. Idk if it was being in the air, switching directions from my "dominant leg" or what. I eventually had to take scissors to a sheet and practice over my bed until I nailed it.....thank you for the tutorial! Saving this for a quick reference😊
