i think the farmhouse dates from the 1910's or 20's because of the roofline. a californian bungalow style. it is interesting to me that the walls are lined with lining boards,. probably baltic lining boards all the way from northern europe. the school house is also lined with them. its a soft timber that was often used because the australian hardwoods blunted the wood-working machinery a lot faster. such lining boards are not often found in buildings this young. the schoolhouse has a steep roof which might indicate it was built in the 1800's.

PS: those rooms / the building adjoining the single classroom was the teachers residence. Refer to the document you put up on the history of the place at the start where it says the school was extended in 1877 to incorporate a residence.

I suppose in the 1870’s the teacher was lucky to get that. I have read rural school history’s in Victoria where the teacher had to board with a local farmer or such. Their request for a residence being knocked back.

@ 5:15. On the ground that bowl thing in a white frame. I am sure that is a camping style clothes washer (you put water in and some small amount of clothes, seal it and there’s a handle to tumble it) . Might indicate itinerant people staying at one point. By the way you sure that’s a concrete wash trough - looks like those old tin dual troughs (very light weight tin with a light coat of paint or something. ). I could be wrong but I’ve seen them as well and it looks kinda shiny where there paint have come off.
