How much height do you loose when you do the Salto? I like to do new drops as low as I posably can. Shanks!

You won't lose much height. Where you set up your wrap is where you'll finish the drop as long as it's efficient and wrapped correctly.

hi, I'm a figure skater who LOVES silks! However I don't have the money (because of skating) To do silks, is it really bad if i install some in my room to play around with? I obviously wouldn't be doing anything like this without a professional, i just think it would be really good for my fitness, flexibility, and balance as a figure skater if I could practice these. Thank you! I hope someone responds please!

Hi, I'm not a professional, but I think that might be okay as long as you are super careful. Maybe you could do classes every once in a while and then practice what you learned at home? Good luck ❤️

Just make sure when your doing anything there’s somebody with you in case you injure yourself, you should be ok doing basic drops, especially on the knot since you can’t really mess up on knot drops. Unique aerialists are another brilliant channel for learning new tricks!

It depends on how high your ceiling or whatever you are going to rig it on but I’d say about 11 yards
